Deepa Uppal - Executive Director

Deepa Uppal is a dynamic Executive Director at Savis and leads the the company’s property management business. With her exceptional leadership skills, Deepa ensures that the company’s owned and managed portfolios operate smoothly while providing invaluable management oversight. She also heads the Savis Management Support Services Group for the company’s real estate operations, which includes essential services such as Financial Services, Legal Services, Strategic Services, and Technology & Business Systems. Deepa’s academic achievements are a testament to her dedication and hard work. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, where she was a Gold Medalist, and a Master’s degree in Human Resources. Her previous work experience with multinational companies has equipped her with a diverse set of skills and knowledge.

Samar Uppal – Managing Director

Samar Uppal is the Chief Operating Officer at Savis and leads the company’s Real Estate and brokerage division. With over a decade of experience in running a successful construction and Real Estate Development company in Canada, Samar brings an immense wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Under his exceptional leadership, our company’s Real Estate division is strategically positioned for sustained growth through preferred partner relationships.

Samar is not only a dedicated and accomplished professional, but he also values the importance of staying fit and healthy. He maintains an active lifestyle and is an avid golfer, trekker, and cross-country driver.

Samar’s commitment to excellence and attention to detail, coupled with his extensive experience, ensure that our clients receive top-notch service and the best possible results. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in science and is deeply passionate about the Real Estate industry. Samar’s unwavering dedication, coupled with his expertise, makes him an invaluable asset to our team.

Puneet Pawa

With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Puneet Pawa has established himself as a trusted and dynamic professional in both Indian and international markets. Known for his in-depth market knowledge, strategic insights, and customer-centric approach, Puneet has successfully navigated complex real estate landscapes to deliver value-driven solutions for clients across diverse segments.

Rahul Uppal – Founder And Chairman

Savis is a professional real estate agency founded by Mr. Rahul Uppal. Having lived in Dubai for the last 15 years, he founded Savis with the aim of providing ethical real estate services to customers, guided by professionals who help them make conscious and informed real estate decisions.

Rahul has worked in leadership positions in various well-known global companies such as Camfil Farr and the Daikin Group of Companies, among others. He resigned from his role as Chief Operating Officer of one of the companies within Daikin Industries Ltd., where he managed business operations across more than 90 countries. Rahul made this decision to dedicate his time to bringing the expertise of his family business, Savis Homes LLC in British Columbia, Canada, to Dubai.

In Dubai, Rahul founded Savis Properties LLC and Savis Vacation Homes Rental LLC with the aim of providing a one-stop-shop solution for all real estate needs, including a comprehensive range of construction, development, and real estate services. Rahul ensures that the company upholds its core values and entrepreneurial spirit. His team of qualified and experienced professionals is committed to conducting organized, transparent, and fair dealings with both local and overseas clients, including high net worth individuals (HNIs).

Rahul holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree and is an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, as well as the Daikin C-Suite Executive Program for senior management in Osaka, Japan. Rahul has achieved many notable accomplishments, including the Global Leaders Award, COO of the Year 2019 by Times Now, and the Daikin Presidential Innovation Award 2021. He has written several articles and was featured on the front cover of the business magazine “Insights Success” in 2020.
