• Stay up to date and knowledgeable on Off-Plan opportunities and new developments and arranging for the appropriate marketing material to be created.
• Be proactive and aggressive in own sales techniques
• Negotiate with prospective buyers and sellers from viewing through to offer stage
• Maintain and develop contact with developers and clients
• Enhance the company’s reputation for excellence through professional conduct at all times
• Complete all relevant paperwork, keep files organized and accessible and comply with office administration procedures regarding documentation and quality assurance
• Confident and clear communication with buyers and sellers as well as financial institutions

Skills:
• Minimum 3 years Dubai Real Estate Experience (Preferred Off Plan)
• Fluency in second language advantageous
• Proven sales track record
• Strong networking skills
• High level of Customer Empathy & Service
• Excellent written and communication skills in English
• Presentable, professional, and high worth ethics
• Smart business dress is always required.
